Four elements of the practice

Water, stone, lotus, breath.

  • जलJal. Water as mirror — the mind at rest reflects the whole sky.
  • दुर्गDurg. The fort of Rajputana — devotion built in sandstone, ancestry as foundation.
  • पद्मPadma. The lotus — unfolding through discipline, untouched by the water it grows in.
  • आत्मन्Ātman. The self behind the self — the witness of every rep, every reflection.
